I love Carnegie Cheesecake (now with photo)

Just had to share with you guys about my recent cheesecake experience. Some friends of ours ordered it and had it sent to us from New York City. Wow. It showed up still frozen and was over-the-top, make-ya-wanna-slap-ya-momma good.

It was a plain cheesecake (from New York City, remember). And, note that this post was originally published PRIOR to the Superbowl. Point? It was my humble and unobtrusive way of predicting the outcome of last night's little contest out west.

Ah ha!  There is the picture!  Looks yummy.  As for the prediction... well... perhaps coincidence.  But the game was FANTASTIC!!!!
