Now, that's what I'm talkin' about.

So, what is our responsibility to the children caught in the Devil's web called the FLDS? Let them be?
Yes, Joe. God predestined them to go to Hell. We should not get involved. Each man to himself.
(yes, I know ... strawman)
In the beginning, the Christian faith was formless and void. No man had any hope of understanding the hard doctrines of the Bible. Then God created John Calvin -- an altar on which many now worship and sacrifice. And, if you don't worship at the temple of Calvinism, then you are not one of the chosen. Curses are heaped upon you.
Now, now, gentlemen, should I allow your immature tone and insulting style to suggest that you have not the verbage or cognition for manly discussion on this topic?
Joe,
In case you missed one of my prior posts, here it is in answer to your inane question:
"I do not know, nor can I know, whether this apostate and wicked organization has broken Texas Law. If the FLDS is suspected of such heinous crimes, then every legal effort available to the civil authorities should be taken to investigate this allegation. If courtroom evidence proves guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, every convicted child sex abuser should be speedily and publicly executed."
And, I do find it ironic that you, the one who has so mercilessly scorned me for my ideas regarding dominion, are now seeking to extend your ideas of righteous dominion into the FLDS.
"Inane question"? Classy.
What do you mean by "nor can I know"? The evidences of underage marriage and polygamy (both illegal in Texas) have been presented.
And I'm not extending my ideas into the FLDS. I am a third party observer with no vested interest other than I pray that the men, women and children will come to salvation through knowledge of the true Jesus. I just look at history and see that God uses governments of the just and unjust to judge people and people groups. I have simply asked if we are observing that in Texas.
Unless I am a member of a jury in a court of law, I cannot attain the first hand information necessary to make such accusations with confidence. Do I suspect they are guilty? Yes.
What NOT to do? Never sidestep the law in order to get to a lawbreaker.
What to do? 1. Uphold the law, even if it seems to be in the benefit of the lawbreaker. In this episode, the authorities in Texas did not uphold the 4th and 6th amendment rights of the FLDS folks. 2. Express our brokenhearted sadness to God, crying out to Him to rescue those who are enslaved within that satanic system. 3. Focus full investigative powers on them, within the bounds of the law, then if convicted, see post above.
Sorry, I thought we left classy treatment of one another behind a long time ago. ;-)
