Stem Cell research is already legal (not ethical, but legal). What Clinton really means is that she wants your tax dollars to fund Stem Cell research. She wants you and I to pay for the destruction of human embryos that may or may not lead to cures for diseases such as bad breath, hair loss, and toenail fungus. Who wouldn't want to destroy a human embryo to get rid of some nasty toenail fungus (see John Edwards)? What is wrong with allowing capitalism to take over in the arena of science and research? You energized the Republican party, moved the conservative base to engage once again in the political arena and now?.....where have you gone?
