Okay, I am a new member of fit club. My story: Always had weight problems. Was the chubby kid. Went to a high school were I had to run every other day and then do sports the other days. Also, played two varsity sports: basketball and soccer. So anyway, got trim after that. Then in college (with no PE and no sports), went up and down in weight. Due to some athome fitness tapes, was in shape when I came to North Carolina. Then car accident. Hurt my back and didn't work out for a while. When I was ready, I started working out. Then got sick. sigh. So I have ballooned up in weight. Since January, I have been eating healthier (I won't call it dieting). And I am ready to work out again. I am hoping that my schedule permits me to as much as I want to. I will also be participating in an exercise study at Duke University, so I will be getting free gym access at the start of the new year. Yeah. Should be fun. So I am hoping that I can get going and keep it going. unilab98
