Zach is HOH

Last night Amber was evicted with a 3-1 vote.  Typically the evicted house guest appears on the Early Show the following morning.  This was not the case today.  "CBS has canceled tomorrow's interviews with Amber. Unfortunately, your questions will not be able to be answered this week by the latest evictee."

The HOH competition was a close one.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eBKWJE4VjqQ&NR=1  Zach won, Evel was a close second, Dani third and Eric fourth.  Things got a little interesting on the message boards last night.  There was speculation that Zach did not actually complete the competition.  This morning however it is official.  He is the new HOH.

I wish I had all the details about the competition but here are a couple of tidbits.  Eric won a phone call.  He has given it to Jessica.  She hopes her brother is home and she will be able to talk with him.  They also gave up hot water for 8 days.

Everyone was talking about being on slop this week.  They were sure that BB would not let them go two weeks not being on slop.

It is double eviction week.  The HG's do not know this, yet.

Janelle will be on House Calls today and was on the Early Show in place of Amber.  She will also be the hostess for the POV competition.

I think it is going to be an interesting week.  :)

Hmmm, Amber probably had a nervous breakdown! I watched a little on Showtime last night and Evel esp seemed to be extra worried about being put up since he started a big fight with Zach before HOH to rattle him. Evel spent the whole night whining about how sore he was. It is definitely getting interesting! I hope Zach does put up Evel and Daniele--for now anyway!

Evel and Dani and Zach for that matter need to go home. I want to see Jess and AmEricA in the Final 2.

I just remembered now that I was going to put numbers in envelopes with each contestants name on it like they do on HouseCalls, see how accurate I thought back when... Oh well, next year then...
