What an exciting night on TV (10-22) and more celebrity news

8pm: I usually watch CHUCK.  We'll usually as in the past 2 weeks, lol.  But tonight I had to turn to DANCING WITH THE STARS.  It was the first time I saw it this season.  I don't think its something I will get into.  After watching professional dancing, I really don't want to watch amateurs.  But slokay was watching and it induced me to turn the channel.  And I turned at the right moment.  Marie Osmond was finishing up her dance.  During judging, she actually passed out!  ONe second we are looking at the judges and the next second it is a cut to Marie on the floor.  Very frightening.  But she is doing okay folks!

9pm: HEROES.  "Veronica Mars" is on the show now.  Interesting.  I think that's gonna take me some time to get used to.  Matt has a weird "trip."  Ando tries to read Hiro's scroll.  Dr. Sharesh shows up at "copycat's" door.  Peter paints a picture.  That's the bit I caught.

10pm: JOURNEYMAN.  Dan journeys when alone with this son.  He goes to the past to help a Cambodian man get his family out of Thailand.  His brother is still suspicious. He meets his father in the past.  Next week- He sees himself in the past.

10pm: CSI MIAMI.  A retired football star is murdered.  While talking to an obit reporter, someone sticks a knife in his neck (the knife mysteriously disappears).  When Horatio and the team shows up to the scene, a cryogenic lab takes possession of the body due to a court order.  Many suspects of course: 1) the obit reporter: she was doing an advance obit (getting info from people before they die to be prepared) and taped the event 2) the manager: got info with star 3) the baby mama/ex girlfriend: their son died died recetnyl due to kidney failure and star refuse kidney transplant 4) the wife: they were separated.  The baby mama confesses to knifing him.  But then they discover that the plunging of the knife did not cause the death (simply paralysis) and that the removal of the knife caused the death.  Horatio finds the missing knife and finger print analysis shows that the wife removed the knife.  Sidenotes: Natalia injures her shoulder at the gun range and Eric must put itback in the socket.  Eric spills the beans about Callie and Jake.  Some good cinematography and music in this episode.  Also, had a moment of deja vu- very weird.

11pm: I LOVE NEW YORK 2.  I told you I would talk about it this week.  Tailor Made is definitely not making friends in the house.  Buddha decides to play a prank on Tailor Made and the others.  He pretends to read a message from New York.  He says that whoever spends the whole night outside standing will win a breakfast with New York.  Tailor Made and It make it through the night.  New York finds them in the morning and informs them that they were punked.  The men then compete for dates with New York.  They must come up with a movie/TV show it appears (I skipped through it).  Tailor Made, It, and Cheezy win.  Tailor Made is named MVP and gets solo date with NY.  Cheezy and It get  to share a date and they take some erotic pics with NY.  It gets really aggressive with NY.  And Cheezy is just that...cheesy.  Lol.  NY does some domanatrix stuff on him.  Really funny when Cheezy picks NY up.  When NY comes home she finds a bubble bath and The Entertainer.  The share the bath and the freak sucks her toes.  Yuck!  But NY likes it.  Tailor Made shows up and tells NY that he doesnt like her spending time with The Entertainer cuz he feels that TE is too hot-tempered. The 2 fellas that end up leaving tonight: Man Man and Cheezy.  Man, I still can't get over those boobs.  They are just crazy.  Over the top...just like NY.

12am: SALT AND PEPA SHOW.  Salt and her husband go on a date with Pepa and a new guy she met.  He was a loser.  He talks about being stabbed by a cheating ex-girlfriend.  And he wants Pepa to compromise on monogamy.  Uh no.  So Salt decides to set Pepa up with a matchmaker...and asks to be involved in the process.  After meeting lots of guys that wouldn't good for Pepa, Salt decides to invite the youth pastor from her church over for dinner.  Let's just say he wasn't Pepa's taste: short, round, and believes in waiting till marriage for sex.  But HE was totally feeling Pepa..and her shape. Lol.  This was the first time I watched this show.  And I think I will continue watching it.  As a girl, I loved Salt and Pepa.  I've had "It's a She Thing" in my head all night.  Well, I guess I wasn't that young when that one came out.  But one of their songs is my go to music when I'm pissed- "It's None of Your Business."  There might be another one...can't remember.  The CD is at my folks house.  But definitely a very influential group at their time.  I am hoping for a reunion.  Pepa is up for it, but Salt is a little more cautious as she has turned her life over to the Lord and their music was pretty risque the first go around.  We'll see.  Spinderella will also make an appearance some time during the season.  Shoop!  

Celebrity News (I hope that none of this is a repeat):

TI: If you don't know....TI was arrested for purchasing guns in a sting!  What a dumb *bleep*.  They searched his house and found all kind of weapons there and a couple of silencers.  Hmmm...why would anyone need silencers?  He is looking at a good number of years behind bars and is being held in jail without bond.  TI is a convicted felon already. Not a smart move. This come as his CD just won an award for CD of the year.  People have commented on how this is just part of having to keep up with the rep.  But I wouldn't want to risk my freedom for my reputation.

Britney (of course):  She ran over a photographer's foot.  Wow, this chick can not drive.  As of yet, no charges filed.

Nas:  Apparently, it has come out that he wants to name his upcoming album the N word.  Why would any self-respecting artist want to do this?   I wonder what he would put on the cover.

Orlando Bloom: Was involved in a "hit and run."  He crashed a car and the back seat passenger was injured and bleeding.  He left the scene and did not call 911.  He did not return to the car until a photographer told him that it was serious and that it would be considered a hit and run if he left.  So he returns, tells the crowd to call 911, and then acts all concerned about the passenger.  He then rides in the ambulance with the woman to the hospital.  The DA is looking into the case.  And now we must consider how far do you have to go for it to be considered hit and run.
