Playboy boss Hugh Hefner has split from girlfriend Holly Madison.
The Playboy blonde confessed the pair had ended their relationship during a video interview with celebrity website TMZ.com.
She says, "Hef and I are no longer together."
However, Madison confirmed she will be starring in the upcoming series of E! network show the Girls Next Door.
The news comes after reports Madison had cheated on the magazine boss.
You know what that means? Madison is available! Or is she?

Duchovny Leaves Rehab...
David Duchovny has left rehab after completing treatment for sex addiction.
The 48-year-old actor checked himself into the Meadows rehab center in Wickenburg, Arizona in August in a bid to control his sexual urges.

Beyonce Knowles has spoken out about her romance with new husband Jay-Z, insisting their love is for real.
The usually guarded newlywed hasn't even confirmed the fact she's Mrs. Shawn Carter yet - after wedding the rapper in April - but now she's talking about her feelings for him in the new issue of Essence magazine.
She says, "What Jay and I have is real. It's not about the interviews or getting the right photo op. It's real."
The couple filed their wedding license on April 18 in Scarsdale, New York.

The 19-year-old - who competed in the fifth season of the TV singing competition - gave birth to a girl, named Egypt, on Monday.
Bennett tells People.com, "I'm so excited to finally see my little angel, and man, does she have lungs on her.
"I guess she's gearing up to be the next American Idol."

Damon Takes Part in Miami Triathlon...
Matt Damon reportedly took part in the running portion of Sunday's The Escape to Miami Triathlon.
The Miami Herald said the 38-year-old film star, who lives in Miami, was a member of a relay team along with his stepfather Jay Jones and family friend Barry Hetherington.

Rumors are swirling that Justin Timberlake proposed to his girlfriend, Jessica Biel, in Rome.
Timberlake's rep would only say "I have no comment on Mr. Timberlake's personal life."
People.com reported last week that Biel and Timberlake went jewelry shopping in Rome and purchased a diamond bracelet and ring from the 1970s.
The two were in town for the wedding of Biel's former 7th Heaven co-star Beverly Mitchell.
