Registration is free. Limit one (1) registration per person and per email address. You will have the opportunity to complete up to seven (7) missions over the course of the Entry Period. Instructions on how to complete each mission will be provided on the website and are incorporated herein by reference. You will receive one (1) entry for each completed mission. Sponsor's decisions with respect to whether a mission is completed are final and binding. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per completed mission. Multiple registrations or entries received for any one mission will be void. You will also have the opportunity to receive additional entries by referring your friends. DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about 11/8/08 from all eligible entries received by an independent judging agency. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone on 11/8/08. If Sponsor does not reach and speak with potential winner at time of initial phone call, or if he/she does not verbally accept the prize during notification phone call, he/she will be disqualified and, at Sponsor's discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner selected. PRIZES: Grand Prize (3): A four (4) day/three (3) night trip for two (2) to an exclusive entertainment event as determined by Sponsor . Trip consists of round trip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), three (3) nights' standard hotel accommodations (one room; double occupancy) (room rate and tax only), and ground transportation and $1,200 spending money, for winner only (to be awarded as American Express gift cards) (American Express gift cards are subject to separate terms and conditions) (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $5,700 each). Actual value may vary depending on city of departure and dates of travel. Winner and guest must be available to travel anytime, as requested by Sponsor, from November 13, 2008 to November 23, 2008 and must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents.
